
Casa Costera - The Coastal House






Located in in the heart of Almuñécar Old Town close to the Castillo San Miguel and is the the perfect place for anyone wishing to experience "real Spain", La Casa Costera is a beautifully restored and fantastically equiped town house with some of the most breath-taking views any where in the area. Featuring two berdooms and two bathrooms, together with a stunning kitchen and aamazing roof terrace with full size fridge, sink, hot plate and barbeque. The house has super-fast fibre broadband as standard making it the perfect holiday accomadation or remote-working retreat.
La Casa Costera is a traditional white-washed Spanish town house which is set over four floors. It is air-conditioned throughout with heating and cooling to ensure a perfect temperature all year round. In addition, there is also a pellet stove.
On the ground floor you will find the fully equiped kitchen with everything that you may require during your stay including a fridge-freezer, coffe maker and stove.
On the first floor is the spacious living area with the most amazing sea views. Here you will find a large sofa, 43" smart TV together with a dining table, Sonos bluetooth speaker and of course, HIGH SPEED WiFi (300Mb+).
The master bedroom is located on the second floor one has a king-size bed and also boasts stunning sea views. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, wash basin and shower. There is also a second bathroom, again with an additional toilet, wash basin and shower.
The third floor hosts the second bedroom (with two single beds) and the terrace. The terrace boasts spectacular views to the sea, castle and mountains. Here you will find a full sized fridge/freezer, sink, hot plate and an electric barbeque. In addition there is a sofa and two tables for absolutely perfect 'al fresco' dining.
The house is located in the absolute heart of the Old Town and although parking is limited, there are spaces usually avialble fairly close. In July and August, you may need to park a little further away, but always within walking distance.
