The living space is all laid out on one level with entry from the square into the living room. With it's bespoke corner sofa and pellet stove for those cooler winter evenings, this is the perfect place to chill and relax whatever the time of the year. There is a 40" smart TV, cleverly concealed behind the feature wood doors, a Roberts Revival Spotify-compatible blue tooth speaker and internet radio and, of course, there is FREE HIGH SPEED WiFi (300Mb+). 

Through the double sliding doors is the bedroom with a king-size bed and views onto the square and this leads to a luxurious bathroom with a giant copper bath, wash basin, toilet and shower. 

Also off the living room is the fully equiped kitchen with everything that you may require for the perfect stay including fridge-freezer, dish-washer, microwave, oven/hob and coffee makers.

Leading from the kitchen is the original staircase which takes you up onto the terrace which both looks onto the square and stunning views of the mountains. Here you will find two sun loungers and a large bespoke sofa for true relaxation. In addition, there is also a table and chairs, a gas barbeque together with an induction hot plate and sink making making perfect for 'al fresco' dining.
